Use any kind of freezer paper for this custom stencil.
Pull some freezer paper out and rip off a sheet big enough to size to your stencil.
Draw or print out your design and cut it out with a sharp exacto blade or scalpel.
Place your design centered (or where ever) you would like it.
IMPORTANT: Make sure to place stencil shiny side down. Or you'll ruin the stencil and have to peel it off your iron.
Iron down your stencil. The heat will cause the stencil to stick to the fabric you're customizing.
Paint in your stencil with acrylic or fabric paint.
Let it dry for 20-30 minutes.
Slowly peel up the stencil and WA-LA! For reveal see video at the top!
