Why won't my tomato plants grow?

    How long have they been planted?What are your temperatures?

    Yes - there are multiple reasons. More information is really needed.

    Weather, water, soil, sunlight, temperature - all are important factors in growing tomatoes.

    They also are large feeders and do need calcium.

    They need at least 6 hours of sunlight.

    Deep watering is better than a cup a day.

    The list goes on...give us more information.

    This spring has been even cooler and rainier where I live, and my tomato plants have been just sitting, no flowers yet. Last year they were significantly larger and producing flowers by now. Sometimes, the weather really is a factor.

    They need lots of sun and I use Jobe's tomato spikes fertilizer.

    Make sure they have optimal sunlight!

    Fertilize them according to Manufacturer's recommendations.

    you need lots of sun, like all day for them to do their best.
