A Coffee Table Made From Scrap Wood (slat Bed Frames)

This table was created by playing with scrap wood (slat bed frame) and mathematical proportions.
All corners are using a 90 degree angle. This construction is also using a top with burned wood in order to create a rustic effect. Material and dimensions are of course customizable.

Now we will start by assembling each cut pieces on top of each other.
This idea came to me when my kids were playing outside with the slats that my wife wanted to throw away.
You know!!!! a bit like saying that the best ideas are coming from home (in the garden for me) icon
I like this picture because at this stage it looks more like a pyramide
After that you will need to make bigger cuts in order to reach the right dimensions for your table top
And here you are with a complete refurbished table with a rustic style

    First time I've seen this and I love it. It's so different and eye-catching. Now for the dumb part. How do you burn the wood without permanently damaging it? Thanks for posting it.
