VIDEO - How to Install Lazy Susan Hardware
Who wants a written explanation for something technical and boring? Not me. Especially when writing the explanation makes it seem so much more complicated than it actually is.
I'll include the write up below. But I made a 3 minute video that shows you how easy it is to make your own tabletop Lazy Susan or cabinet inserts.
Attach the hardware to the base of your Lazy Susan.
Spin the top half of the hardware so that a corner is between 2 of the bottom half's corners (see video).
Drill an access hole on that spot with a 1/2" drill bit.
Put the Lazy Susan wood top over the hardware and center it. Carefully hold the base and top together and flip it over. You'll be able to see the 4 screw holes for the top (see picture) as you carefully spin it around.
Just screw the hardware to the top. And you're Lazy Susan is ready.
