Upcyling a Dollar 1990s Brass Curtain Tie Backs

I recently scored some $1 brass crutain tie backs at Goodwill. They were straight out of the 1990s, and I'm sure most people would have overlooked them. But NOT me!
Hey, 90s...they called and want their designs back. But I'm keeping this one!
But I did need to give that 90s brass a little makeup with some leftover chalk paint.
And I couldn't lose all that 90s charm, right? So using a hand sander, I roughed up the tie backs to bring out some of the original brass
You know the cool thing about Goodwill & thrift stores? Finding someone's "trash" and thinking of cool ways to upcycle them!

Beautiful! I found 4 at a yard sale in original package over a year ago and they've been in the closet for over a year, I'm copying this idea thank you!
