They sell stain and paint for cement - visit a proper paint store for superior products.
Look for cement paint and you can have it tinted almost any color you like. Be sure to seal it and let it dry properly. @PatMay has some great ideas. 😇

there is paint for outside cement...
If you paint it, use the paint made for cement and make sure that it will have some traction when you've finished. If it gets wet you don't want it to be like a skating rink.
Lowe's or Home Depot or any paint store carries paint for cement, just inquire in the paint dept
