Easy, Inexpensive, Maybe use a few items I have around here to use. I want to make a little porch area big enough for a little round table and a chairs. It has to be Low budget and easy. That's all I have To work with this.

Have you thought of using pallets. You can usually get them for free. Companies are glad to get rid of them. Put cinder blocks under them to level them out.
What about using pallets? Those are not expensive and you can create a boardwalk type look. I think it would look pretty. Youll
have to level it out, maybe dig out an area so
that the pallets fit snug and are sturdy.
How about searching the local networks for free or very low cost bricks or pavers? Then decorate with what you have and it will look cute!
Try using pallets as many as you need for width and length and nail plywood on top to make it solid. Afterwards you can stain it or paint it to your choice of color or perhaps use floor ceramic tiles just make sure whatever your choice seal it for the moisture of the weather. You can find pallets for free at big box stores, grocery stores or any store that sells product in volume.
Hi Saundra, I recommend using large pavers. Since they are 16" x 16" you won't need more than 6 or 8 of them. You should put them on play sand (which is inexpensive) and level them. Once installed, pour sand over the entire top and sweep it into the cracks as best you can. Using the sand will make it easier to level them and will keep them from cracking. Hope this helps.
Here's an idea for you we did about five years ago - We put down lawn timbers to square off an area (we drilled holes to stake them into the ground with long railroad stakes) then my husband used the weed eater to scalp the grass inside of it. I used a weed killer and then I laid down a few bags of pine bark nuggets - we put in a small garden swing a small side table and a few chairs and voila ! Cheap and easy to maintain - just a little round up needed every spring and everything has weathered so pretty - no need to stain or paint. Later when you catch a sale, you may be able to purchase some 12 x 12 patio pavers to cover the area if you don't like the nuggets. Best of luck to you !
