They sell some at Home depot that says it's safe. I used plain water last year and just needed to rub a towel over some of the dirt that didn't just wash off. Our home is a ranch so it wasn't difficult to reach even the highest areas.

Dawn dishwashing liquid. You will still need to scrub with something, like a long handled flat sponge mop.

We ordered JoMax online and after washing down with the water hose the shed and the surrounding grass, we mopped down the recommended diluted water/JoMax mixture. Wait 15 minutes and scrub with brush or as we did, use a power washer. Generously water down the surrounding grass again. Two seniors, 2 1/2 hours later and we had a like new 12' X 16' Morgan shed. No damage to the grass, in fact the St Augustine grass is thicker than ever. Highly recommend and we have and will not receive any compensation for this review/suggestion!
