Craigslist Office Desk Makeover

I had been searching craigslist forever for a desk. I ended up buying two just that matched. The larger desk my hubby got and I got this one. He preferred to keep his the original wood color, but we did paint the top of his red. I will post a picture of that later.

I used Martha Stewart Living paint I had on hand, mixed with chalk paint powder for the desk. And painted the desk top and legs black.
Added stencils to the doors and waxed it with Fiddle & Sons Dark wax
The before. Paid $110 for both desk. They're very heavy solid wood.
pardon the mess, but doesn't she look beautiful. The chair will soon get a color treatment.
