You can make a potting table out of any old cart or even a changing table as long as you add casters to it so you can roll to safety before the storm roll in.
Try a old wooden ladder.
If you want to have your pots hanging, you could try the following idea maybe: https://www.thespruce.com/build-a-clay-pot-hanger-3537045

A painted wheel barrowwheel barrow
Time to go flea market shopping! You need an old phonograph record cart. It is about three feet tall, on rollers, and the top and bottom racks make a V with many grooves to hold records. After you paint it, be sure to seal it well since you possibly will be using it inside and outside. Your pots will sit in the racks at an angle. It will be easy to reposition the individual pots and to turn the rack in any direction, as well as to roll the rack to safety if bad weather is coming. Best wishes 😇
how about putting casters on a pallet?
