I live in a condo and the fence between condos is lattice and absolutely no privacy...what can be done for MORE privacy?

Could you offset another piece of lattice, with wire so it is temprorary? That will make the holes smaller. Alternatively you could plant vines (if permitted), or place a bamboo screen in front of it, again with wire around the current lattice.

Hanging planters with an ivy will work. Or attach a drape with a curtain rod to give it a polynesian effect. Put a small sofa in front to block the view even further or a table. Add focus elements, sculpture, plants, hangings to distract the view from your neighbor.
find fast growing vines , and plant them along the lattice. You can take advantage of the lattice by securing the branches neatly. As they grow. Good luck!
A plastic or cloth tablecloth against the lattice could add privacy, shade and some protection against wind and dust. Use a stapler or wire to attach. If you look, you can see where other renters have done something similar. Bless you 😇
i would have the handy man in your complex place the same wood color in panel up so it's not see through and it still appears to be a fence. Just a thought
