Can not see up close. Would have a better guess if I could. The way it's growing looks like an azalea but I assume u know what those look like. Maybe a mock orange ? Let me know when u find out. Take a small branch with leaves to the nursery and they will tell u what it is.

I have all of the shrubs people suggested except an azalea.. Not a good picture but I would say it is the euronymous. Leaves too big for boxwood. Leaves too shiny for mock orange.
