Step 1: Clean your lantern to make sure it is dust free before painting.
Step 2: Completely cover your lantern in the color Barn Red from Dixie Belle Paint Company.
Using the decoupage technique you can apply paper napkins to your lantern. Step 3: Simply pick you favorite napkins and use a thin coat of Clear Coat Satin. Next place your single ply napkin down and seal with Clear Coat Satin!
That is all! Now you have a patriotic lantern in just a few simple steps. Happy Painting!
