Get a sheet of thick plywood or particle board, and have the homestore cut it to the measurements of your mattress, minus about 12 inches on every side. This will add some support for the mattress, but it sounds like you may need a new one.
What kind of bed do you have as you may be able to put a board under neath your mattress firmer or you could get a good mattress topper

put a board between the box spring and mattress. Also, try flipping it

People have tried many things over the years, but the only one that I know of that actually comes close, is a piece of 3/4" plywood under the mattress the size of your mattress.
if the mattress is soft....put plywood under it.
This would work on a normal bed but this is an adjustable head and feet bed,
with massage. I realy enjoy it. The matterness is too soft. Is there a padding that would firm up the feeling.
