How to light up the bar?

The restaurant I work at has arches with mirrors above the bottles with no access to electricity any ideas on how to light it up

Look into having track lighting installed. They will go through the cieling and connect with whatever power source is available up there. The lights are adjustable and can be directed wherever you need the light to shine.
well you f the owners up to hiring a electrican he or she can place can lights in all the arches , weather it be 3 or one center one or spot lights pointin get towards to bottles mounted from the ceiling or the cheap way out is rope lights. LED are much brighter!
I would suggest going to a hobby store like hobby lobby and getting peanut white lights that are battery operated. And hobby lobby is actually putting their Christmas decorations now so you should be able to get them or order on line
Im not sure horse tail, but I have black eyed susans, to avoid spreading, I put a cut piece of edging in the ground to prevent spreading, keeps it the size you want.
