No, don't change it. Amend it with good manure or compost. If you can, sprinkle seeds of a green crop, such as buckwheat or clover, which will provide green manure (nitrogen) enrichment to your soil. When you're ready to plant, you can easily turn this over into the soil where it will break down; no need to pull it up.
If you want to till the soil you could dust it with regular powder type bone meal, blood meal & fish meal and let the tiller work it in which might be easier things t find.

Some ideas to replenish....
You can get some liquid fish goop to put pour in per the directions ( https://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_noss_2?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=Fish+fertilizer ) , I've had good luck with Azomite powder dusted on the ground in November ( https://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_noss_2?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=Azomite&rh=i%3Aaps%2Ck%3AAzomite ), and I out my left over coffee & sometimes coffee ground sin the beds too. There is also some liquid bone meal you can get to pour in per bottle directions.
