DIY Tear-Away Notepad

To go along with the free Printables that I created for my newsletter Subscribers, I am making some easy DIY projects to give them some ideas for on how they can use them. However, anyone can benefit from this how-to. So, I thought that I would share a summary here.
I made 3 different tear away notepads. One is for my weekly meal planners, one for my to-do list, and one for my A5 planner organizer.
They are perfectly intact until I decide to remove a sheet.
I used my lined paper (I will be adding this to my free printable gallery), to create my A5 planner notepad. All instructions are available on my blog (complete with a how-to video, which I wanted to upload here. But, I haven't posted it to youtube yet. Oh,well....) . This DIY is super easy and super cheap.
