Glidden has and 123 enamel paint that is a Primer paint and top coat sealer. I had to go with a cheaper route, Zinsser Primer Bulls eye 123. no order no voc. As long as the primer is enamel it will prevent bleed through. I washed mine down with TSP recommended by the paint department worker who helped me. It works great and is cheap. I used Olympic One, Silver Charm. But make sure you get all you need at the same time. use Cabinet Paint.

I used my extra cabinet doors to mount to my kitchen cabinets sides to give a more finished look. They were doors that were replaced by glass doors, so they matched my cabinets. I'm using the other two to create doors for a between the studs pantry.
