    Are you referring to the gas filled double panes? Does it look like a frosty winter's day in mid July? If so, contact the manufacturer, there should be a lifetime warranty for replacements. Mine are Simonton and they have a little sticker on the side that gives the serial number, in the tiniest print imaginable. There is no repairing them. If this is not your issue, the other posts are helpful for reglazing.

      I don't envy you one bit. I, personally, would contact the manufacturer and see if they would be willing to replace. They may object to the alteration done by the window specialist, but it would not have had to be done, if they had provided a reliable product. You would still have to pay for the removal and install, but the window is the bigger of the price tags, right?
