Hands-down the best way to get candle wax out of carpet is with an iron and plain white cloth or paper towels. Get out your iron and set it to a low setting. You don’t want to burn or melt your carpet and you can crank up the heat during the process as needed.
And I know this works cause I have done it myself to a fuzzier carpet then they show.

use an old cotton cloth and an iron ,place the cotton cloth over the wax then apply hot iron,. It will bring the wax into the cloth.
Carbona wax and makeup remover - or ice it and break it off
Towel, clothes iron wax paper.
Place a layer of brown paper bag over the wax and go over the paper with a warm iron.... moving the paper to a clean spot as it absorbs the wax. May need to do this several times.
I use to do house keeping, and a woman I worked for had an antique table runner that has wax spilled on it years ago. She could never get it out. I told her I would, so I took it and put it on the iron board, set the iron just hot enough to melt the wax and went over it with paper towels. Depending on how much wax is in/on the object will depend on how much time you will spend going over it replacing the towels as needed. I spend a lot of time on that runner. Your carpet depending on age could be made of many different fibers, but because it is probably made of something that will melt easily then setting that iron to the lowest setting is best. Scrape off as much wax as possible with a spoon or butter knife, then set the paper towels on the wax and apply the warm iron, checking to see if the wax has gone through, if so replace the towels and repeat. continue till you no longer see any wax on the towels.
There's a great guide here - just use a paper bag and an iron! https://www.hometalk.com/diy/clean/carpet/how-to-get-wax-out-of-carpet-44824237
Kitchen roll and a warm iron.
Start with freezing the wax with and ice cube or a freezer pack. with a dull knife scrape out as much as you can. Then take a warm iron (no steam) and iron paper towels or a brown paper bag (plain side down) and draw the wax out with that, check often.
