How can I get rid of ivy growing in my yard?
My neighbor's ivy has crept under my fence and is spreading throughout my yard. Does anyone know of something that will kill it?
Yes, like any other house plant. Cuttings in a container of choice with plain water will grow roots. Buy plants in gardening dept of DYI stores that sell flowers/plants or even some grocery stores.
Yes. Also cuttings with nodes, from mature plants will grow roots will grow in water.
oh yes. It does well. When my father passed, some one brought a dish garden as part of his funeral flowers. A tree, ivy...and I'm still not sure what to call the other 2. The ivy is now covering one of my upside down tomato cages. The tree....my mom has tried to kill it many times. Any thing of my dads must be erased.
yes
Sure, but be sure to allow for growth, up your walls, across doorways, just like outside. I remember when English ivy was a staple in bright, sunny, yellow kitchens, but maybe the yellow was a coincidence. Best wishes 😇
