You can rub candle wax on the tracks and that helps a lot.
I had the same problem with glass sliding doors. I purchased Aluminum Lubricant spray at Ace Hardware. Sprayed it on the track, cleaned the track with paper towels, moved the doors back and forth, sprayed a little extra on the track. Works WONDERFUL now. Moves with ease. Best of luck.

Clean the tracks then put vaseline on them---the door should slide well!
