What can i create with my wedding veil lace, damaged in storage?

folded with something on top that "burned" (chemically) through all the folds. I'd like to make something with what I can salvage.

I have seen old doilies framed and hung as artwork. You might want to think about something like that if any of the lace motifs are large enough. If you sew, or know someone who does, you might work some of the motifs into a blouse or even decorate a sweater with them. I'm sorry your veil was damaged.
Consider yourself lucky. My mother threw mine out!
What about using the undamaged portion of your veil on something like a christening gown for your children/grandchildren?
