You might try rubbing alcohol or hair spray. They both work on my uniform pockets. I would try GOOGLING this .

I swear by Oxi-Clean. My granddaughter spilled purple nail polish on my light carpet...I used a strong solution and it looks better than the rest of the carpet now! I did have to pick at it and actually had to trim the areas where it sat on the longer ends of carpet pile...but you can't even tell. Also, I used to use hair spray on clothes to get ink off....good luck!

My chow ate an ink pen on my daughter's white eyelet bedspread. I used hairspray to get it out. It took a while and a lot of hairspray, but it worked.

Tuff Stuff upholstery cleaner, found in the car cleaning section @ Wal-Mart. I've witnessed it take grape juice stain out of white carpet. Learned that trick from a friend who ran an auto collision shop. Mom uses it as a laundry stain remover too.

You can also try Folex. I get mine at Smart & Final. It took grease & rubber markings off on my beige carpet. I've been using it for years and used it when I had a maintenance service.

Nail polish remover. Test to be sure it won't damage the carpet color first in an inconspicuous spot.
