A frugal, last-minute Valentine's gift you can make in 30 minutes.
A sweet last-minute Valentine's gift.
You'll need a repurposed bottle, an printed image, Mod Podge, embellishment and double-stick tape or hot glue.
Attach your printed image with Mod Podge and use rubber bands to hold it in place while it dries.
Add ribbon embellishment and a tag. Fill with chocolate candy.
