I spilled white paint all over the driveway. I immediately grabbed my bottle of Super Clean (folks call it the purple stuff) and sprayed. It eats it right off, then rinse well. Good as new. You can purchase this at most Auto Supply Stores and Walmart.

Try Citristrip a non-toxic paint remover
Try a pressure washer is they are concrete or asphalt.

If powerwashing does not work, hire a sandblaster to come in and do the job for you.
You can try a pressure washer and see if that works.
