Remote DIY partner- volunteers?

Hi,
I love doing DIY project but sometime I lack the motivation.... I was thinking, if I had someone doing the same project as I am at the same time, would I be more committed?
So, I am looking for a remote DIY partner to make a project with. We will both be doing the same project but motivate each other to find the time and actually do it!
I was thinking about doing this, but any ideas are welcome... Mostly in crafts though.
