- Cindyon Jul 30, 2017Your soil has probably lost essential nutrients over time. I recommend sprinkling Epson Salt on the soil at the base of your plants. Then water really good. The watering will help the roots receive the Epson Salt. You can do this once or twice a month. Hope this helps you.HelpfulReply
- Robyn Garneron Jul 30, 2017Hydrangeas draw ants. Do NOT spray them with insecticide as they are necessary to eat the waxy coating off the buds so the flowers bloom. I had them for years and did nothing to care for them other than dead heading the blooms. They were constant spring bloomers!HelpfulReply
