Turn the cover inside out, put your hands inside to the top corners, get a hold of 2 corners of the duvet and shake the cover right side out while holding the ends, this should put the cover over the duvet right side out, hope this makes sense, it is very easy to do on your own, otherwise get someone to hold onto the duvet when you feed it into the corner then pull the cover down over it. xx
The same way you put a pillow in a pillowcase. Make sure the corners fit into the corners of the duvet. You can pin them from the outside to keep them from shifting while you insert the rest of the down comforter.

Just like a comforter or bedspread. You stuff your duvet into your duvet cover, shake out and place on your bed.
Fold one side to the middle the long way, than fold the other side to the middle, then fold in half. Slide comforter into duvet and unfold.
