Go to store pick up silver spray paint. Make sure to do prep work first.

if the storm doors are original to the building and worth saving, I would use a wire brush and/or a sanding block to remove the oxidized part, and repaint with aluminum paint, and top coat with marine epoxy non-yellowing clear.

Sometimes I take stuff to the autobody store and have them paint it, especially metals and powder coat.

I would do as Sharon suggested, you have higher chances of keeping it to look like the door originally did when it was in newer condition.

I used a sanding block and steel wool shined them up and left them alone. They are starting to pit again BUT did this 20+ years ago so it's time for a renew. Painting aluminum yourself will only come back to haunt you.

I have replaced my jalousy doors. What can I do with them now? With the doors (2) or just the window panes? Any thoughts?

Wear Mask and Goggles, rub down the doors with wet and dry paper until as smooth as can be expected. Wipe clean, then use either an aluminium undercoat and a metal silver spray paint (don't forget to mask off the areas you don't want to get painted), or use something like Rust Oleum paint.
