Need suggestions for repairing cracks in block foundation.

The cracks are from the foundation settling, and are hairline. How can I fix them myself ?

You could parge overtop...it's basically a skim coat of cement that gets smoothed on like plaster. You can purchase this through your local home improvement store (it's a special mixture) ....my husband did one of our homes a few years ago and although time consuming, was fairly easy to do
Lowe's sells a concrete crack repair in a tube much like caulk. Works great and easy to use.
Home depot or Lowes sells concrete repair in caulking tubes or in small buckets that you mix with water and can use a trowel or putty knife to push in place
