What can I do with a large number of empty pill bottles?

    One use for them is when packing for a trip. If you're taking jewelry with you, place the individual pieces in pill bottles. That way, earrings won't disappear into suitcase crevasses and chain won't wind up in a tangled mess.

    store sewing notions, screws, beads, nuts and bolts.

    Store old needles and pins. Screw or snap on lids to throw out in the trash.

    Also save Altoid tins to discard used rotary cutter blades.

    Return them to the Chemist if he wants them Or Glue a number of them together to form an attractive shape, then Tie ribbon,Raffia,String around them. -Fill with water and Pop a small flower in each or depending on size you could use Scent Sticks or Pencils and Pens........

    If you don't want to craft with them,you can donate them to a veterinarian after taking the labels off.They can reuse the bottles for the same thing;putting perscriptions in them for pets.

    You can store most smaller items in them and organize them in a drawer by standing the bottles up.

    They are good for beads,buttons and even nuts and bolts . Just glue one of the above on the lid to know what is in the bottle.
