I would hang a drape fro a tension rod or the ceiling
Make an Airing Cupboard Around it - or Curtain it off.- or Make a hinged Screen or use a Dress Screen or Fix Trellis around it.

How about a folding screen ? You can buy bamboo screens at the garden center at Lowe's .

Just make sure that it is able to get plenty of air.
Make a "screen" using lattice panels or buy a room divider that fits with your kitchen decor. Be careful not to put the screen too close to the heater so it will not be a fire safety issue.
