Some are getting to sleep faster and easier with these machines. I've noticed that so many are putting these in the nursery for babies.

This is not medical advice, but OTC Melatonin (10 mg) and spa music on Pandora provides me with a restful sleep. Of course having a furry friend to pet helps. Good luck.

Have you tried melatonin pills. You get them at any store where they sell supplements.

Try Valerian Root, or Melatonin which you can buy at the supermarket, but I would buy it in a health food store. Both are for sleep. The Valerian Root stinks, but it will make you feel sleepy. The Melatonin does the same. Stop by the health food store, and ask for several name brands. Solgar, Nature's Choice, Twin Labs. The cost differs from the brands. Good Luck!

Well you could start by Listing all the jobs that need doing in and around your Home. Then you could put them in to Rooms on your List. You could also make a List of 5 min jobs, 10 min . etc. So that when you wake and can't sleep you can go to your Job sheet and see what needs doing or what you fancy doing. OR to make it fun - You could WRITE the jobs individually on a piece of paper, fold it up and put in to a container with a lid "JOB BOX " So when you can't sleep you can delve in and see what comes out to do.........

Hi. I can share some of the ways by which you can get rid of insomnia. Firstly, stop using electronic devices in the bedroom. Sleep in a comfortable dark room. Make sure that your bed is comfortable. Sleep on a comfortable mattress like organic latex mattress Miami. You can also take a bath or hot shower and relax. Get rid of all the tiredness of the day. Importantly, stick to a regular sleep and wake up time. I hope this helps you.

I just take my pills if I have somethong like that. I guess that in general if u have problems like that u should fedinitely pay a visit to a doctor and he or she would prescribe u the best insomnia-killers pills. Also I can advice to buy pills at Canadian Pharmacy because , personally for me, best quality pills!
