How do you remove outdoor latex paint that got spilled on tile?
Tile is textured. Unfortunately did not try to remove asap. Tried 91% alcohol. Does it need to remain certain period of time. Is there something else that works to remove paint from tile?

Try distilled vinegar that has been heated (to near boiling). Being careful with the hot liquid, wipe or pour some on the stain and let sit for a few minutes. The paint should soften enough for you to gently scrape it off with a plastic scraper.
Try using gasoline on a rag, or paint thinner.
Soak with water to soften (maybe old towel to saturate spill) Let soak for an hour, then scrape GENTLY with small wire brush.

Oh no, so sorry to hear that. Undiluted Murphy's oil soap usually works. Put some on and let it soak a while. It will come right off.
