Hello Bobbie; Hydrogen peroxide should successfully remove the blood.
I have used hydrogen peroxide for so many items that I have gotten blood on, and it always gets all of the blood out!!!

Spray with peroxide.

Try Milk or Toothpaste (White) OR PASTE OF BICARBINATE OF SODA

Mix Clorox with water an a a bit of Comet, make a paste and rub wiTh an old toothbrus. Rinse well, repeat as necessary. Do not use a dryer to dry. Place in the sun to dry.
depending on the stain and if it has penetrated the canvas use peroxide and blot either inside shoe or outside shoe to pull out the stain
