Can you use peel and stick tiles on an outdoor cement patio?

I don't think they will work out well. The vinyl tiles themselves aren't made to hold up to weather and I doubt they will remain stuck down after a couple of rain storms.
If the tiles are for inside of a house, no...the weather changes would eliminate the tiles from staying down on the cement.

Being exposed to the elements, I doubt they would last a season.
Yes, there are peel and stick tiles specifically for outdoor use. Be sure to purchase them rather than the type made strictly for indoor use.

Outside and inside tiling vary so be sure you look closely at specifications
Thank you all so much. Especially thanks for the link to the outdoor tiles. I can hardly wait to find some. And now that it is almost the end of the season, I bet I find some at a really good price, too.
