How do you get rid of stubborn makeup stains

My mom stays with me and she wants to use white wash cloths and she gets makeup stains bad on them. She uses cold creams as well to help remove her makeup. I have used Shout and Clorox but the stains are still there. Any other ideas what I can try

Tell your mother to use a makeup remover and tissues in place of your wash cloths. OR, wash the things herself and see how difficult makeup can be.
i would buy her some dark wash cloths to use for nothing but makeup removal...
If you can, place a bowl of cold water where your mom does her makeup and after she uses a wash cloth have her drop it into the cold water. That way the stains shouldn't be a problem. You could use anything for the water as long as the cloths get put in there right after use. An old canister, anything would serve the purpose. If the water container is handy enough for your mom to use it shouldn't be an issue.
I have found that rubbing shampoo into them before washing with bleach helps.
My husband's a professional chef and he uses Oxy Clean when he washes his white chef coats. Gets everything - even the grease stains.
