This is a project that my 9 year-old daughter did.
She is currently on her summer vacation and I'm trying to find an interesting job for her besides watching television and telephone...
So I suggested her to do a DIY project and promised her that if her project will be pretty enough I would put it on Hometalk :)
She took all her Washi tapes and made a chain of decorative flags that you could hang in the house.
And I think she did a really charming job!
All you need is a fishing line, lots of "Washi tape" options, scissors, and creativity . It's fun to make!
Here are the tools she used.
She varied the washi tape patterns and simply folded over small pieces of the tape every few inches on the fishing line.
On one line, she cut out a triangle shape at the bottom of each piece of washi tape. This gives them the look of small flags.
And the result!:)
I hope you enjoyed my daughters project and it will make you do more DIY with your kids.
this is a creative fun things that develop thinking and imagination!
And brings us quality time together :)
