DIY Stenciled Felt Board

Last fall I made a dry erase board from a framed picture that I found in a neighbor's trash. The glass recently broke and rather than throw this project away, I changed it into a decorative felt board. I added a stencil around the edges to add interest and cut out a shamrock to celebrate St. Patrick's Day in March. It will be fun to make a new felt piece for each month of the year.
The backing of my frame is drop cloth. Felt sticks to it with no glue necessary.
This project started as an upcycled frame turned dry erase board.
A shamrock is my first seasonal decoration for my felt board.
I applied Mod Podge over my stencil and then glitter over the the Mod Podge.
