I am always redecorating. I had a little free time this morning and I thought that the patio furniture could really use a little refresh. Spray paint is by far one of the easiest and most inexpensive ways to change your décor. So here's how I gave my patio furniture got a new look.
The first thing I did was I gave everything a good sweep.
Then I chose this colour for my chairs. They took 2 coats.
I did the table next. It also took 2 coats. The beauty of spray paint is that it dries so quickly and is easy to use.
I used Krylon Fusion for the table. It took 1 1/2 cans to cover completely.
I am really pleased with the outcome!
This was my inspiration for the colour choice for the chairs. It's Bahama Blue craft paint from Michael's. I bought the dock cleats from our local hardware store. My husband used an old deck board and routered the edges. It's perfect to hang towels and pool toys. I didn't put any sealer on it because I want the acrylic paint to weather naturally.
