succulents don't need much water and require sunlight but not direct sunlight. Water and let it dry out before watering again.
Perhaps too much water, or too little? Maybe it has outgrown its container or needs a sunnier spot? Try adding a bit of sandy soil to the pot to insure the soil is compatible with succulents.
are you watering to often , they dont need much
If you are tending to it too much, it could be an issue. Did you try changing the pot and soil? Too much water isn't a good thing, either
Simplest answer with no description -- is too much water and not enough sun. These guys are not indoor plants.
