How to remove ball point ink from several articles??

I have used good old-fashioned hairspray.

Purse Hair spray. For fabric I use Amway pre laundry spray

I was always told hair spray the aerosol can kind. Spray, let sit then wash. Worked for me.

Yep, any type of hairspray. Be sure to use a cloth underneath the material to absorb the excess spray and ink. I use a child's soft toothbrush on the underside of the material (good side down) so as not to damage the cloth. You may need to treat the area several times with hairspray; wash and dry after all of the ink has been removed.
