How do I get black mildew stains off my white fabric shade in bathroom

The shade is Hunter Douglass and attached to plastic backing so looks like I can't put it in the washing machine.

Ty spraying it with tile x and wiping it off
I would first try spraying it with vinegar. If that doesn't work I would try a 10% solution of bleach and water.
I use bleach for all mildew.
Spray with Clorox clean-up. I spray all black mold with this spray.
I would call a Hunter Douglas dealer, and ask them. Also call 1-800-373-3411 this is a free directory for 1-800 numbers. Ask for Hunter Douglas's 800 number. Have the model and color to give them , they should be more than happy to help. Your a customer and possibly a future customer. Good Luck!
Take down the blind. Fill your tub with hot water, 2 cups of Vinegar, 1 cup of Dawn and 2 cups of the bleach. Soak for an hour, then scrub with a toothbrush. Rinse with warm water and hang it in a place it can dry.
