DIY Dreamcatcher Mobile

This DIY baby mobile will not only bring sweet dreams for baby, it will bring sweet savings to your pocket book! You likely have most of the material in your craft stash but even if you have to purchase everything, you can still complete this project for less than $25 (and have tons of material left over for another)!
Start off with a single knot around a steel ring. A wooden hoop could be used as well.
Move over about two inches and while holding the cord in place with one hand, loop it over the ring and pull thru the loop you just created...
Like so...
Pull tight and repeat, working your way around the entire ring...
To start the inner webbing, repeat the same tie in the center of each line of cord. There's a video showing this process on the blog!
Leave a small opening in the center (for all those sweet dreams to fall thru) and tie on a bead or trinket with your final knot.
Adorn your ring with hanging beads and feathers.
And, Voila! You have yourself a magical mobile! Mine is two tiered and layered with different colored beads and feathers.
Let your creative juices flow and create your own, one of kind creation!

Hi..! I adore this and am making one for my GrandDaughter I was wondering what size ring you used and how you attached *something* to have it hang from the ceiling.

    Thank you!
