  • Excellent advice. Although I also do spray foam work, we find ourselves doing a lot of flash and batt systems as the cost of foam as you know is expensive. The biggest thing people need to understand is stopping the air flow. But properly done paybacks can be in as little as 7 years! Great Video! Post more!

    Great informative video! We like 'flash and batt' also. That is the combination spray foam and fiberglass insulation batts.
