How to re-do or fix a poured concrete countertop?

After many years, it has two hairline cracks from back to front. Also, around the faucet area, it is deteriorating. Thank you for any suggestions. Oh, if we try to remove it -- the custom cabinets would surely break.

Did you seal it? is the crack all the way through or just surface cracks?

  The previous owners who put it in, did seal it. We re-sealed it last year. It's just a surface line. Thank you.

  I might try that flowing grade epoxy. I was hoping to strip the whole countertop so as to get a complete matching top sealing of it. Thank you.
