How to repair a nail hole in the top of a laminate bathroom counter?

    Could use toothpaste, Let it get hard then if it shows dab it with a spot of paint or nail varnish to match in.

    Stuff some paper, aluminum foil in the hole. Use a two part epoxy to fill the hole. Then use some Sharpies/paint to match your color (trial and error). Then a coat of clear nail polish.

    You can repair it just like you would regular wood. Use wood filler and stain it with a color as close as you can match. Sometimes those furniture crayons for repairing scratches are enough. Sometimes I use Old English furniture polish/oil because it helps stain too.

    Don't know of any way to completely repair it, but you could use a bit of caulk (colored or white, depending on your counter top color) to fill in the hole. Let it dry and it should be less noticeable.
