A good pet vacuum and attachments should do the job. One of the adhesive rolls should help also. You should get the covers for car seats to keep the dog hair from getting on the seats. They really do help.
Wear rubber gloves, wet them with plain water, rub your gloved hand over the upholstery. The hairs will roll up into long pieces that you can pick up and toss!
Get a window squeegee and go over dog hair pulling it all to one spot and then u can vacuum it up. You will have to apply a little pressure when you pull the squeegee across the fabric.

I always use the dusting attachement from my vacuum. It helps to get out of the carpet and seats.
