You can donate them to homeless, abused, and family shelters. You can make pillowcase dresses out of them for Hurricane X survivors/refugees. You can cut and sew them back together filled with beans to make corn hole pillows. You can make doll or pet pillows. You can make laundry bags by adding a drawstring through the wide hem. š
I store sheet sets in them, keeps them clean and together. We have a number of sheet sets that are the same, but different sizes.
You can store things in them, donate them or turn them into something else. I love making pretty pillow covers for throw cushions. I've also recovered a seat on a chair with one. If you have a matching pair, they make cute cafe curtains, too.

I use them to clean my ceiling fans. This prevents dust from falling down and inside is captured in the case.
Donate them to shelters.....they are needed!
